Summary:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Title Clerk to join our Accounting department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. What You’ll Do: * Accurately title new, used, and wholesale vehicle sales within 10 days * Process 400–600 retail and 100 wholesale transactions in a timely manner * Prepare purchase and trade-in documentation * Contact banks to obtain lien releases and issue payoff checks * Prepare tax, title, leasing, and loan documents for submission to the DMV and tag agencies * Verify costs and transactions for each vehicle sale * Ensure all tag and title work complies with state requirements * Process wholesale billing and assist with purchases and inventory for the Used Car department * Enter sales and reporting data into DCI/morning reports * Promote positive customer service internally and externally * Provide additional administrative support as needed * Demonstrate behaviors consistent with company values in all interactions What We’re Looking For: * 3+ years of title clerk experience in an auto dealership or tag agency * Knowledge of out-of-state titles a plus * Experience with EFS Software (CVR) preferred * Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to work Monday–Friday 8–5 with occasional overtime * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment Competencies: * Self-starter with a proactive approach * Exceptional customer service skills for internal and external customers * Effective communication and collaboration with team members We Offer: * 5-day work week * Paid time off * Competitive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, and 401(k) * Employee discounts Why You’ll Love Working With Us: * Opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive environment * Work with a collaborative, friendly team * Make a direct impact on the company’s operations and customer experience In return for your invaluable knowledge, skills, talent and ambition, Toyota of Clermont offers competitive salaries and benefits.
