As a Barista at Seoul Salon, you’ll be the face of our café, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a cup of coffee they’ll rave about. Your key responsibilities will include: - Crafting high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with precision and care. - Engaging with customers to provide outstanding service and personalized recommendations. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a pleasant environment for both customers and team members. - Managing inventory and restocking supplies to keep operations running smoothly. - Collaborating with the team to uphold Seoul Salon’s reputation for excellence.
We’re seeking a friendly and skilled barista who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of barista experience , with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members alike. - A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. - The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure during busy shifts. - A passion for coffee and a genuine desire to create a welcoming atmosphere.
