Seraphim Bread is looking for a full-time cook to apprentice under their executive chef!

Seraphim Bread is an independent chef-driven restaurant, bakery, and cafe that produces all of their dishes by hand using local and seasonal ingredients. No heating up Sysco food here!!
This position will offer experience cooking in a fast paced service kitchen, learning how to cook perfect eggs, excellent sandwiches, and beautiful salads. Preparation of sauces and soups from scratch will be made often. We will also be catering and opportunities for special dinner events.
This position is for someone who really wants to learn professional cooking. You will directly be trained by the chef and will have to work with our small team that bonds well together. We may not be able to offer the highest wages that other businesses, but we make that up with development and a better quality work environment.
Interested candidates must have prior food handling experience and some knowledge of food safety or have some food safety or culinary training. Candidates must be timely and organized, show up on time and ready to work. They must be detail focused, willing to do task with skill and quality.
Hours of work are Wednesday-Sunday 6:30am-3:30pm. Pay is$15/hr plus tips.
