As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Commercial Roofing Sales Representative will be responsible for building strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and closing sales in the commercial roofing sector. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated professional with strong communication skills and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new commercial roofing sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, general contractors, and building owners
• Conduct roof inspections and collaborate with project managers to provide accurate estimates and proposals
• Deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals
• Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in CRM software
• Create estimates for jobs

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a commercial salesman in the roofing industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and estimating techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with construction prints and the bidding process
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
