Job Description

Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, and long term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We are currently looking for a dedicated Environmental Service Aide to join our team! As part of our commitment to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our campus. This position requires an every other weekend & every other holiday rotation. 

Schedule:

Full Time; 80hrs bi-weekly; 1st Shift 6:30am-3:00pm 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning, and sanitization of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces. 
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment 
• Handle waste disposal in compliance with facility policies & regulations
• Maintain and store cleaning supplies properly
• Assist with laundry services as needed
• provide quality customer service to residents, visitors, & staff 

Qualifications: 

• Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness 
• physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and preform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Willingness to follow all safety & infection control guidelines
