Healthcare Insurance Representative (Licensed – Medicare)
Location: Remote-US (preferred states: TX, IL, NM, MT)

• $22.00/hour
• Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00am–8:00pm; occasional Saturdays during peak season
• Employment Type: W2 | Temp Contract
• Start Date: Jan 26th through end of April 2026
ROLE IMPACT
Join a mission-driven healthcare organization as a Licensed Medicare Insurance Representative, helping individuals understand, compare, and enroll in Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans. You will serve as a trusted advisor to seniors and eligible consumers, ensuring compliance with CMS standards while achieving enrollment goals and delivering exceptional customer care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls to identify suitable Medicare plans
• Explain benefits, coverage options, and enrollment timelines in alignment with CMS regulations
• Guide members through the application and enrollment process with accuracy and empathy
• Utilize CRM tools to document interactions and manage real-time updates
• Ensure adherence to state licensing laws, compliance protocols, and ethical sales practices
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Active Health Insurance License (required for Medicare sales)
• 1+ year experience in healthcare insurance sales or call center environment
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must pass background check and drug screen
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Medicare plan comparison software and enrollment tools
• Compliance and verification systems (e.g., CMS audit platforms)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with AHIP certification standards
PREFERRED SKILLS
• AHIP certification preferred (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
• Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a plus
• Experience in Medicare Advantage and annual enrollment period (AEP) sales strongly preferred
