Green Medical Consulting is a nurse-owned healthcare agency proudly serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) across Pennsylvania. We specialize in delivering high-quality, compassionate, and dependable nursing care in home and community settings.
We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with tracheostomy and ventilator experience to support one of our valued individuals during overnight hours.
Position Summary
The Day/ Night-Shift LPN will provide skilled nursing care, monitoring, and support to an individual with complex medical needs. This includes trach and vent management, medication administration, safety monitoring, and adherence to all care plans in accordance with ODP and agency standards.
