Remote LVN/LPN Nurse Coordintor

Schedule: Monday-Friday / 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 7:30 AM-4:30 PM (Central Time)

Location: Fully Remote

Pay: $25hr-$29hr

What You'll Do

• Engage with patients and caregivers to ensure therapy adherence

• Assist patients in starting prescribed treatments

• Address therapy-related concerns with empathy and accuracy

• Communicate with charge nurses in nursing homes as needed

• Handle 50-70 inbound and outbound calls daily

• Maintain precise documentation and follow templates

• Participate in audits to ensure compliance and quality

What We're Looking For

• Active Compact LPN/LVN License Required

• Prior experience working in a high volume setting meeting daily metrics

• Prior experience working in a remote setting

• Professional phone presence and patient-first mindset

• Commitment to 98%+ accuracy in documentation and patient interactions

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
