Job Description

Job Title: Travel LVN / LPN

Location: Greenville, SC 29615

Contract Duration: 1 Month (Interim role with strong potential for extension or conversion to a full-time position)

Compensation

  • Traveler Pay: $1,835 per week

Schedule Details

  • Shift: Day Shift (Monday–Thursday)

  • Hours: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Lunch: 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM

  • Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support both front-office and back-office clinical operations within a patient-centered primary care setting. This role emphasizes preventive care, health education, and population health management, contributing to improved patient outcomes and sustainable behavior change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient-centered care, including rooming patients, obtaining and documenting vital signs, and preparing patients for exams and procedures.

  • Assist providers during examinations and procedures and accurately document encounters in the electronic health record (EHR).

  • Administer medications, vaccines, flu shots, and conduct biometric screenings in accordance with clinical protocols.

  • Respond to patient phone calls and provide education related to treatments, care plans, and preventive health services.

  • Perform blood draws and provide additional clinical support as needed.

  • Maintain medical supply inventory and ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use.

  • Support clerical and administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Experience administering flu shots

  • Experience conducting biometric screenings

  • Strong computer skills with high attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities

Experience

  • Less than 2 years of LVN/LPN clinical experience

Professional Attributes

  • Strong critical-thinking and clinical judgment skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Passion for preventive care, health education, and community-focused healthcare
