Job Description

Job Title: Concrete Laborer/Machine Operator

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire/Full-Time

Location: Farmington, MI

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM)

Pay: $22.50/hr.

Responsibilities:

Operate mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric equipment.
Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
Follow company safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift heavy materials.
Comfortable with manual work and repetitive tasks.
Dependable with a strong attendance record.
Ability to work safely, following company protocols and using PPE when required.
Forklift certification or willingness to become certified preferred.
Exposure to construction, manufacturing, and/or warehouse environments preferred.
