TITLE CLERK
We are seeking an experienced title/inventory clerk to work in our Corporate Office. You will be responsible for processing new/used titles and to pay DMV fees and maintain compliance with AR DMV rules.
Responsibilities:
· Handle all title work for specific dealerships assigned.
· Issue title work to DMV and/or customers in a timely manner.
· Track titling progress for all deals and notify team leader of problems.
· Document and update Reynolds system and customer notes.
· Be able to adhere to processing deadlines.
· Title Suspense Issues
· Duplicate Titles/TPOC
· Missing Lien Letters
· Follow-up on Missing Titles
Qualifications:
· Prior auto dealership experience and titling experience a MUST.
· Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is preferred.
· Ability to prioritize and multitask.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
